What are the image requirements for custom apparel orders?

Images should be formatted as a PNG with a transparent background and quality at 300dpi. Image size should be as follows:

• Adult garments: longest side 11 inches

• Youth sizes: Toddler (5.5” x 5.5”), Small (8.5” x 8.5”), Med/Lg (10.5” x 10.5”)

• Left or Right Chest: 4.5” x 4.5”

• Pocket: 3.5” x 3.5”

• Sleeve (Adult): 2” x 11.25”
  

I don’t think my image meets the requirements. Can you help with that?

Yes! We are happy to offer image optimization services including image resizing and background removal. Simply check the box to indicate you need help with image optimization when you fill out the Quote Request Form.

Can you help me create a design for my custom apparel order?

Absolutely! We offer professional design services. When filling out the Quote Request Form, simply check the “Design Services” box. Have 2-3 inspiration photos prepared to upload as well. This will help us get an idea of your design needs.

Will I get to see a sample image/proof before my order is processed?

Yes. We require all orders to be first be approved by the customer. This includes viewing and approving of a sample/proof of each garment requested.

When can I expect to receive my quote after submitting the form?

We will get in touch with you within 1-2 business days with all of the information you will need to proceed with your order.
